Thinking Into Results - Explaining the MindI am a Thinking Into Results Facilitator with Bob Proctor. The Thinking Into Results program helps individuals and businesses gain greater professional and personal success. This blog is part one of a series to help explain the mind.

The major part of this program deals with the mind. If I ask you to imagine your car, you will probably get a picture of your car right away. If I ask a person to form a picture of their mind, they will most often picture their brain. Most people have difficulty in visualizing a picture of the mind so I am going to show you an image to help us create a picture of the mind.

Back in the 1930s, there was a Dr. Thurman Fleet who created a representation of our mind called the stickperson to help people with their healing. He understood that the mind was behind many dis-eases and developed this diagram to help people visualize and heal.

After Bob Proctor was introduced to this diagram it became an essential tool of all of Bob’s programs and I want to introduce you to the concept of the stickperson. Just a note, we will use this diagram for learning purposes but be aware that the mind is actually in every cell in the body.

As we can see from the diagram, we will let the large circle represent the mind and the attached the small circle below represent the body.

The mind in this picture is much larger than the body and we do this on purpose because that is where we are going to put our awareness as we understand the importance of the mind. What you are about to learn is that everything in our life is an expression of our mind and it is our body that merely carries out the action. The mind is an activity and the body is the manifestation of that activity.

Our mind is made up of two parts, our conscious mind and our subconscious mind. In this illustration we have drawn a line across the middle of the big circle. We let the top half of the circle represent the conscious mind and the bottom half of the circle represent the subconscious mind.

Our conscious mind is our thinking mind. What we are conscious of most of the time. Free will and our awareness originate here. We can choose our thoughts here because our conscious mind can accept or reject ideas.

Our subconscious mind is our feeling and emotional mind. This is the part of our mind where we store our memories, habits, conditioned beliefs, self-image and this part has no ability to reject any thought. It is our power center and functions in every cell of our body. It is also connected to spirit, all that is. This is the part we are not conscious of and it cannot determine the difference between that which is real or what is imagined.

Thoughts that are held in our conscious mind and impressed upon our subconscious mind must move into our body through some sort of action. Our thinking causes feelings or vibrations, and our feelings bring actions, and our actions bring results, and our results are what we call our lives or our circumstances. When we study this we see that everything in our lives is an expression of our mind.

If you want to know what kind of thoughts you are thinking, take a look at your results. Results don’t lie. You are truly thinking into results all the time.

If you are not happy with your results, you must first start by changing the thoughts you are thinking. When you change what is on the inside, your thoughts, you can change what is on the outside usually through spaced repetition or an emotional impact.

It is critical to understand that your current results are not a reflection of your potential. Your current results are nothing more than a reflection of your previous thinking. Your potential is unlimited. It is something called paradigms that limit you.

The Focus Into Results program I facilitate will show you how to tap into your true potential and work on changing your paradigms so you can attain the life you are looking to create. I invite you to take your next step toward success by enrolling into the Thinking Into Results Program. Learn how to tap into and unlock your greatest resource for success – your mind.
